Meadow Park Tower

Ownership of Meadow Park Tower spent $4M in upgrades to the office building, including replacing Chillers, upgrading the exterior doors, BMS / BAS upgrades, replacing garage lighting and wet seal. They used retroactive C-PACE financing pull out $3.5M from the deal to finance an upcoming large TI project and refill the operating reserves.
